Simoni Kigweba spends his days and nights designing beautiful menus for his dinner series, Common Table. His passion for delivering simple dishes of rich flavor and seasonal elements leads his creative process. When he is not working on his own project, he spends time at Josephine, a modern American farmhouse­ style restaurant in the 12th South neighborhood of Nashville.

“One of the huge components to food and style that I strive for is simplicity. A simple tomato with great bread and salt transcends to the loafers I’m wearing. I’m fighting to take away from what I’m creating to make it simple.”
